*-> Bob Gainey is expected to step down its been confirmed by Spectors Trades. Bob Gainey will relinquish his position at a press conference at 4pm today. Gainey who it is believe to have a different philosophy for the Canadians than the new ownership decided to call it quits after reportedly being burntout. He reportedly was at odds with the new ownership over several issues. Gainey will be temperaly be replaced with assistant GM Pierre Gauthier. We'll know more around 4pm.
