Ice Scoopz: Thursday Morning

*-> The Boston Bruins are still shopping Marco Sturm, many are saying a deal could go down later this week. Reports out of Boston have the Bruins talking to both Dallas and Phoenix about a possible deal. The Ottawa Sun has mentioned Ottawa as a possible trading partner. I can see Phoenix, Dallas is iffy because of the salary limits and I also don't see the Bruins trading Sturm to a division rival.

*-> Alexander Frolov's unrest in New York has reportedly come to an end after only 24 hours. Frolov has said he's happy in New York but would like to see more ice time and isn't considering his options at all and will remain with the team. However many are predicting the Rangers will attempt to shop Frolov before the deadline to address some of their more pressing needs. Ottawa is rumored to have looked at that option but isn't biting quite yet.
