*-> Nashville has traded their 2nd round draft pick this year for Edmontons Denis Grebeshkov. It looks like this should open the door for a Dan Hamhuis deal.
While on that the rumor is that Phillys recent moves are in relation to a deal involving Nashville for Dan Hamhuis and Dan Ellis. From what I heard its could be a large contract a late pick and a major prospect headed to Nashville in return. Ill keep my ears open.

The Citizen is reporting Smid could be done for the year. I'd like to see him here, but if that's the case, Murray may have to wait until the offseason to try to pry him out of Edm.
If that turns out to be true, my guess is Foster comes here has an inexpensive 6th/7th dman.
Lastly, call it a hunch, but I think Colorado may do something significant before the deadline, a veteran or two to help the young guns make a run....

Smid done for the year eh? That changes a lot. I saw ESPN reporting it again this morning. I doubt Murray would make a move for a currently injured player.
I think your right about Foster. I've heard Dennis Seidenberg multiple times as well and Murray has contacted the Wild about Zidlicky but their not ready to give up on him yet. Another option for the Sens I've heard is Milan Jircina being mentioned as well.
Colorado won't sacrifice anything but they unwanted I don't believe. Limiting what they can get unless someones willing to take Liles or Svatos or Salei.
