*-> The Buffalo Sabres are in talks with Volchenkov I'm being told. Washington is still looking at Volchenkov but want to dump cap space first. The Sabres and the Devil's are interested in Sheldon Souray now, both teams could just be in panic mode right now. The story of this year seams to be the backend not in the net like predicted. Brian Burke has to be smiling now, I expect he'll start placing calls once Dan Hamhuis lands.
