*-> The Anaheim Ducks trade with the Toronto Maple Leafs is official. JS Giguere is now a Maple Leaf as called this morning and Jason Blake and Vesa Toskala are both heading to the Ducks.

I'm loving this! The leafs forward lineup looks like a Junior C team. At least they have truculence.
Jason Allison and Bates Bataglis might be getting phone calls. Seriously though Brian Burke has put this team on the right track except for the 1st round draft pick ordeal. I expect Burke will offer his teams services to anybody willing to throw draft picks at him to take expensive salaries off their hands just the way he did with Olaf Kolzig.
