*-> The New Jersey Devils have made their way under the cap by putting Bryce Salvador on the IR. Its a temporary fix but they don't have to deal with ridding cap space till Salvador is healthy which will most likely be in the form of a trade.
*-> Sheldon Souray has been loaned to Hershey of the AHL, the Washington Capitols farm team.
