A quiet Monday for most NHL teams except for the New Jersey Devils who were busy gearing up for their training camp with a few additions.
*-> The New Jersey Devils have invited Ottawa 67 Thomas Nesbitt to their camp coming up shortly.
*-> Kamloops Blazer and also undrafted free agent J.T. Barnett will also be attending the Devils camp in upcoming weeks.
*-> The Devils have also extended an offer to former Devil and former NHLer Petr Sykora. Sykora who played for Dynamo Minsk last season had recently signed with HC Plzen of the Czech Eliteliga.
*-> Another training camp invite was extended to former Columbus Blue Jacket defenseman Anton Stalman who reportedly turned down several offers in the KHL to try-out for the Devils.
*-> Finally Steve Bernier formerly of the Florida Panthers will be attepting to make the cut as well.
